Hoosac Tunnel Lining Tower This is a model of a Hoosac Tunnel lining tower used in the survey of the tunnel. Inside housed a transit that the next tower would sight in on. There were at least four towers used and some can be found in the woods on the tunnel line. Photographed by Jerry Kelley, January 15, 2012.
