NECR GP38s at Georgetown YardNew England Central, you ask?!?! In fact, this is an HO model railroad that my brother and I founded in 1990 or so, complete with custom decals and paint scheme. Of course, in 1995, the "real" NECR came into being, and elected not to adopt our paint scheme. In any case, our NECR soldiers on. NECR GP38s 2003 and 2001 are seen here working Georgetown yard...they're ex-MEC 259 and 252, respectively, and rolled out of the NECR shops in April of this year. Visit www.garfieldcentral.org to learn more about my model RR club in Chicago.
